We are buying a new house and have not talked to the builder for pricing on upgrades yet….what would people say the average price (in PA) would be for upgrading kitchen, foyer, dining room, and living room be? Also how about average for master bath, fireplace, cement patio?
Thanks but I was looking for more of cost of an option from a new builder …not hiring someone to do the work after the house is up….
