How Important Are These Home Features?
My husband and I are looking to purchase our first home (woohoo!). We’ve found a cute little starter home and are curious to how others value some of its features since that will be important when we eventually resell it.
In a safe Austin, TX suburb; wood laminate living room, tile kitchen, carpet in bedrooms, grey siding around house (no brick), attached 1 car garage, energy efficient windows and appliances, no fireplace, stone back patio, fully fenced in backyard, large kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, garden tub in master bath. What are your thoughts? Would any of these features be big selling points? Any big drawbacks?
