I Have a "friend" Who Is Sometimes Un-Necessarily Rude? Come-Backs?

Here’s and example:

A few nights ago she was in trouble and another friend and I went to help her. Later that night we were sitting on the patio talking. We started talking about something a bit off subject, when I joined in the conversation she starts mocking me and making fun of me in front of everyone.
While I am normally pretty witty, I was totally off-guard and didn’t no how to respond so I just laughed.
She is the only person who does this repeatedly and it bothers me.
Is there a universal come-back that I can say to shut her up and make her feel stupid??
It is getting to the point where I pretty much avoid her —but that really isn’t my style, I like confrontations, I would really like to punch her in the face at times but violence isn’t the answer.
