Using a Fireplace on My Apartment Patio in Colorado Springs…..?
I just moved to Colorado from Texas, and in Texas you cannot use a BBQ pit on your apartment patio. My lease doesn’t make any Reference to it, but I wasn’t sure if Colorado had a law about it.
